General Information about Dad & Me Playtime

Dad & Me Playtime is a passion project built on the Wix.com web and online commerce platform by me, Sean Barkulis, also a Wix employee.  I have been a dedicated single father to my beautiful daughter, Ivy, since the day she was born. My mission is to bring the best-in-class curated toys and educational tools to help single parents bond and educate their children as they maneuver the ins-and-outs of parenthood.

I caution that all of the curated products sold on Dad & Me Playtime are shipped and fulfilled by third-party manufacturers. Please be patient with shipping times and customer support as we grow the platform.  All of our Future Profession / Hobby Apparel is designed and curated by Sean. Onesies and toddler T-Shirts are printed and shipped upon order, therfore, we can unfortunately not provide refunds or returns on clothing products at this time. Thank you for your support and please make sure to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and keep up with our Single Parenting Blog where I share all sorts of learnings across child rearing, bonding, education and support as you raise your little ones. 

  • What is your return policy on toys and apparel?
    For toy products, we offer a 14-day return policy from your receipt of the product. In order to initiate a return, you must notify us at hi@dadandmeplaytime.com. As long as the product is undamaged, we will issue a return once we receive receipt of the product. For apparel products, our onesies and tee-shirts are printed and shipped as ordered. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on apparel and clothing items. Thank you for your understanding.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards with a Mastercard / Visa logo. We also accept Diners Club and American Express. You can also choose to purchase through digital wallets like PayPal, ApplePay or GooglePay. We may also partner with various Buy-Now, Pay-Later providers to help finance your purchases.
  • What countries do we ship to?
    We ship primarily to North America. In some instances we can ship certain products outside of North America. Note that all product prices are in $USD.
  • Do you have gift packaging options?
    Gift packaging is available on a product-by-product basis. If gift packaging is available, you will have the option to select within your Shopping Cart, upon checkout.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    In most instances, our products and apparel are shipped within 5 business days from facilities in the United States. Thank you for supporting our small business. But please keep in mind, we are not Amazon. Products will not arrive next day. Note that all Skillmatics puzzles and games are shipped directly from Skillmatics, which is located in Australia. Please expect considerably longer delivery times for those products.
  • Future Profession / Apparel Suggestions
    Did you not find a future profession, hobby, sport, or lifestyle that suits you and your child's needs? Send us a suggestion at hi@dadandmeplaytime.com with the subject line: "Future Apparel" suggestion, and we'll look to create a design for you. Are you interested in partnering with Dad & Me Playtime, and interested in earning some side revenue? Propose a onesie / shirt with your own unique design and slogan (unfortunately, AI created images do not count). If that unique apparel sells on our website, we will share a percentage of our proceeds on all future sales. Visit our contact page to propose a concept!
